1) Make sure you're on a supported Stake game URL (e.g. /casino/games/dice). 2) Refresh the page — the predictor mounts at document_idle. 3) Check chrome://extensions to confirm the extension is enabled. 4) If you see a 'Tracking Paused — Refresh' banner, the extension context died; click Refresh.

Check strathub.ai/status — if all 5 AI providers show green, the issue is local. Try refreshing the predictor overlay or restarting the browser. If status shows degraded, we're on it; the router will fall through to whichever provider is healthy.

Five failed sign-ins triggers a 15-minute lockout to protect your account from brute-force attempts. Wait the cooldown out, then try again with the correct credentials. Rate limits are per-IP and per-email.
