Terms of Service

By using strathub.ai, the StratHub browser extension, or any related API (collectively the Services), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

StratHub is a software platform that provides analytics, predictions, and strategy tools for online casino games — specifically the provably-fair "Originals" on Stake.us. StratHub is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Stake.

The Services are analytical tools for entertainment and research. Casino games involve risk. Outcomes of provably-fair games are governed by the operator's verifiable random algorithms — no tool (ours or anyone else's) can predict future outcomes with certainty. Past performance of backtested strategies does not guarantee future results. Never wager money you can't afford to lose.

You must be the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and must comply with all laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for your compliance. StratHub doesn't accept users from jurisdictions where using the Services is prohibited.

When we offer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer or redistribute proprietary strategies shipped with StratHub; (b) use the Services to facilitate fraud, money-laundering, or activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the terms of any game operator; (c) attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our infrastructure; (d) impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the refund policy posted at checkout.

StratHub routes predictions through third-party AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Groq). Your prompts and bet history may be sent to these providers to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is shared and retained.

The Services, strategies, documentation, and brand are owned by StratHub and licensed — not sold — to you for your personal use. You retain ownership of data you provide (e.g. your betting history).

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATHUB AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING GAMBLING LOSSES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
